Studio Nine is honoured to be involved in such a significant, city shaping project in our local area with one of our key long-term clients, Otello Projects
The mixed-use development will provide a range of spaces to include hospitality, residential and health and wellness offerings, underpinned by commercial floors that accommodate leading tenants in the property market
The key masterplanning principles of the site are fundamentally based around stitching the new development into the surrounding context to enhance connectivity and accessibility for the wider precinct
