A modern remake of the classic motel, reshaping it into a destination city fringe location that complements and strengthens the sites current offering
As part of a larger master plan for the precinct, the project involved the upgrade of 60 motel rooms and façade works to the existing building.
Rebranding into HotelMOTEL, the simple and cost-effective solution uses repetition and modular elements, drawing reference from the original motel features.
