The Property Council of Australia (PCA) is the leading advocate for Australia's property industry, shaping the future of our communities and cities. PCA members invest in, design, build and manage places that matter to Australians: our homes, retirement villages, shopping centres, office buildings, industrial areas, education, research and health precincts, tourism and hospitality venues and more. The PCA provides research and thought leadership to its members, allowing our team to also connect with the broader property industry.
Through his extensive experience in the multi-residential sector, Director Andrew Steele sits on the state's Residential and Infill Development Committee, responsible for providing a voice on issues relating to residential property including affordable housing, land supply, accessibility and planning and development assessment as well as levies and charges.
Associate Simon Tothill has been a long time committee member of the PCA, currently sitting on the Future Trends and Innovation Committee, which assists the PCA in driving the development of strategic and forward focused policies and research, and to investigate trends in the property sector and relevance for the South Australian market.
