Stages 2A and 2B have delivered the next stage of the overall Glenside masterplan

Working with Cedar Woods on the next two stages of the masterplanned development, the fourteen diverse town-home typologies have been designed to attract a range of homeowners, whilst specifically catering for the downsizer market.
The majority of these new homes are three bedroom with two living areas, open plan living and dining, two car spaces and large private gardens. With downsizers front of mind, the provision of a ground floor master bedroom and living areas have been incorporated, with an optional lift upgrade.

The architectural design takes cues from the existing heritage buildings on site with large extents of brickwork at ground level and simple yet contemporary geometric forms at the upper floor

Currently in documentation, stages 2C and 2D contain 70 two-storey town-homes representing an evolution of the previous stage both in layout and architectural response
